Knowing how to respond appropriately can help you avoid added stress and protect your legal and financial interests. 

A workplace injury can happen under many circumstances: falling from a height, machinery malfunction, unsafe conditions, or even repetitive motion strain. Importantly, the injury doesn’t have to occur onsite—if you’re hurt while performing work duties offsite (like a courier in a car accident), it may still qualify as a workplace injury.
