WEST SENECA, N.Y. — A multi-vehicle collision involving injuries brought early morning traffic to a standstill on Route 400 North Tuesday, local authorities reported.
WGRZ TrafficTracker 2 announced at 8:31 a.m. that the accident had blocked the left lane of Route 400 North at Seneca Street.

The incident caused significant backups, with traffic at a complete stop stretching back to Union Road.
