HAMBURG, NY – An injury collision was reported Wednesday morning, August 7, on South Park Avenue near north Hamburg, according to WGRZ TrafficTracker2.
The wreck occurred on a stretch of the road (U.S. Route 62) at the roundabout with Big Tree Road. It was first reported by WGRZ at 7:38 a.m., at about the same time a second, minor crash was reported at the intersection with Meadowbrook Parkway, just a couple of blocks north.
Although it’s unclear what led up to the first wreck or how many vehicles were impacted, at least one person was confirmed hurt.
No pending charges or citations have been reported as of this writing.
