NIAGARA COUNTY, NY – Authorities responded to an injury collision involving two vehicles Wednesday morning on Rochester Road in Royalton, according to WGRZ TrafficTracker2.
The accident happened on a stretch of the road (State Highway 31) at the intersection with South Carmen Road. It was first reported shortly after 7:30 a.m.
Local agencies have not released a sequence of events leading up to the wreck, but at least one person suffered injuries.
WGRZ indicated in the same social post that “dense fog” was expected to significant limit visibility across areas of Erie County and Niagara County on the same morning, but it was not immediately clear whether weather conditions was a factor in the crash.
