The wreck occurred on a span of Hinman Avenue from Military Road to Elmwood Avenue, just northeast of the shopping center. It was first reported at 6:08 a.m.
It remains unclear what led up to the accident and whether more than one vehicle was involved.
Local agencies have not confirmed the exact number of those hurt and the extent of their injuries.
