ERIE COUNTY, NY – Authorities responded to an injury accident involving a big rig Monday morning on State Route 400 near East Aurora, according to WGRZ TrafficTracker2.
The accident happened on the southbound lanes near Girdle Road and was first reported at about 8:43 a.m.
Little information has been made available, but officials indicated that an 18-wheeler was involved in a collision with a passenger car.
At least one person suffered injuries in the incident, but the severity of their condition was not immediately disclosed.
