ERIE COUNTY, NY – Authorities responded to an injury collision Monday morning on Interstate 90 in Cheektowaga, according to WGRZ TrafficTracker2.
The accident happened on the westbound lanes of I-90, east of the ramp to inbound New York Route 33. It was first reported some time before 8:14 a.m.
While the circumstances behind the event were not disclosed, two vehicles were involved in a wreck that left at least one person hurt.
At the time of the initial report, traffic on westbound I-90 was backed up to eastbound Interstate 290, with delays from Sheridan and Harlem.
