NIAGARA COUNTY, NY — At least one person was hurt Tuesday morning as a result of a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 90 in east Niagara Falls, according to WGRQ TrafficTracker 2.
The accident took place on the southbound highway at Exit 22 to Niagara Falls Boulevard (U.S. Highway 62), at about 7:06 a.m.
At the time of the initial report, a traffic backup was quickly forming back to Porter and Packard Roads.
At 7:35 a.m., officials said crews were still working to clear the scene in the left southbound lane. Motorists were warned of delays approaching the South Grand Island Bridge.
