ONEIDA COUNTY, NY — At least one person suffered injuries Friday morning due to a crash on Interstate 90 near Verona, according to WGRZ TrafficTracker2.
The collision took place on the eastbound lanes of I-90 at Exit 33 to Highway 365, east of Syracuse. It was first reported at 6:22 a.m., when a significant traffic backup had already formed in the area.
Officials have not provided details about the involved parties or vehicles, but a section of the eastbound interstate was blocked during the emergency response.
It’s unclear at this time how many people were hurt and how badly.
